"Good-Ass Tekken" origin at REV Major 2017

The moment when Steve "Tasty Steve" Scott first uttered the phrase "good-ass Tekken" while live commentating on REV Major 2017. This match was between the two South Korean players Jae-Min "Knee" Bae and Kim "JDCR" Hyunjin.

The term "peenoise", which would be popularized a couple of years later from this match, is derived from how these casters pronounce the word "pinoy".

WarCraft III's Mountain King Avatar and DotA-Allstars' Black King Bar abilities

A video of WarCraft III's Avatar ability by the Mountain King unit. Whenever the ability is activated, the sound file of the Mountain King screaming "For Khaz Modan!" is played. A modified version of this ability is used for the "Black King Bar" (BKB) item in the WarCraft III mod DotA-Allstars. Activating the BKB also plays the same sound file. The phrase "lakad matatag" was derived from that sound file as part of the internet café culture in the Philippines. "Lakad matatag" was later popularized in 2019 by the Filipino casting duo Marlon "Lon" Marcelo and the late Aldrin Paulo “Dunoo” Pangan.

A clip of the now-retired Canadian player Jacky "EternaLEnVy" Mao, playing on Team NP, falling off his chair during The Manila Masters 2017 Philippine event. The same chair was later auctioned off by Mineski-Events team to help Battle of Marawi victims in the Philippines.
