- If consumer already owns their redeemed GameJoy x Mobile Legends: Bang Bang reward, this will be automatically converted to the corresponding in-game rewards:

- All personal data required for account creation and redemption of GameJoy x Mobile Legends: Bang Bang in-game rewards will be collected and processed solely by Moonton. Jollibee will not collect, store, or access any personal data provided during the redemption process. By participating in this promo and redeeming GameJoy rewards via Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, the customer acknowledges that all responsibility for the personal data they provide rests with Moonton, in accordance with Moonton’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. For more information on how Moonton handles personal data, please refer to their privacy policy in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang app.
- Jollibee is not responsible for any issues, errors, or delays in the redemption of GameJoy rewards on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, including but not limited to technical failures, incorrect PIN entry, or account-related concerns on the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang app. The use of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang app is subject to its terms and conditions.
- Jollibee reserves the right to refuse the issuance of GameJoy x Mobile Legends: Bang Bang packs or take appropriate action if there is suspected fraud, misuse, or any violation of the promo mechanics.
- Each Jollibee GameJoy x Mobile Legends: Bang Bang pack is the sole responsibility of the customer upon receipt. Jollibee will not replace, refund, or reissue lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced collectible cards or instruction cards under any circumstances. Customers are advised to keep their cards secure, as Jollibee holds no liability for any unauthorized use or redemption of the PIN. By participating in this promo, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the safekeeping of their Jollibee GameJoy x Mobile Legends: Bang Bang pack.
- We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the Promo process, engages in fraudulent activities, violates these Terms, or otherwise acts in bad faith.

Any reselling of the collectible cards outside the Jollibee stores is unauthorized and not permitted. JFC shall not be held liable for the unauthorized selling of GameJoy x Mobile Legends: Bang Bang packs.
