[ROM Themed Cafe FAQ] Manila & Bangkok

Greetings ROM community! This is Grange, speaking on behalf of ROM Dev team to announce something exciting and meaningful we can accomplish together around Christmas.

We decided to do something different for the update of Glast Heim and we are calling for support from the whole community.

A little background check: in this update, we are all able to travel back to Glast Heim, a place once prosperous but destroyed and deserted for good, right? Many places in the world are sharing the same fate as Glast Heim, or on the way of becoming them. We could not turn back time to make Glast Heim back to what it was, but we still hold a chance to make an actual impact in real life, help those in need and make ourselves proud to be a ROM player.

2 collaborated ROM Themed Cafe will be opened from Dec 11 – Dec 24 in Manila and Bangkok, and in the 2 cafes, more than 10,000 merchs and codes will be given away, limited amount of free/discounted food/drinks will be provided by the cafe for ROM players (let’s shout out to them too), to thank your support by join the Charity Sales with us where all the sales income will directly go to programs to give children in need for a better future, especially the kids in need in Gaza.

Daily fun quests are also going to be hosted in the venue so you won’t feel bored upon visiting the cafes. On Dec 16 (Bangkok) and Dec 24 (Manila), a special cosplayer/celebrity is invited as the One Day Manager to engage and serve you all in the cafe.

What kind of merchandise and event gifts are available at the Themed Cafe event?
Ragnarok Mobile: Eternal Love-themed merchandise and event-exclusives are available at this event. Adventurers can get event-exclusive gifts by completing quests in the cafe. The more quests you complete, the more merchs you will get!

Our goal for this event is to thank the community for the continued support over the past few years so we have prepared a lot of merchs for this event, with some event-exclusive ones.

For each event, we have equally prepared 23 types of merchs that sum up to a total amount of 7700+. Over 50% are free if you complete the quests we set up at the cafes. The rest of the merchs all go into a Charity Sales at the cafe, where ROM will donate all the income from this event to help the kids in need recent days, especially those that are still in dire situations in Gaza, in the name of the ROM Community.

We cannot shape the future of Glast Heim in ROM in this update, but we still can shape the future of kids, the future of us.

By completing the quests, you will not only get the physical merchs, but also a physical “Adventure Log” where you can collect stamps to redeem ROM codes in the cafe!

How do I get ROM-themed merchandise & event-exclusive merchandise?
After showing your ROM ID/Server Info by opening the game, our Kafra Staff will grant you a Adventure Log that includes 5 quests for you to complete in the cafe.

Complete each quest from the Adventure Log to get a unique prize from each quest. The quest includes

Check In at the reception
Write your wish for ROM devs, friends in ROM or friends in real life
Purchase Collab Food/Beverage from the Themed Cafe
Make another purchase of anything from the Themed Cafe
Buy anything from the Charity Sale for Kids in Gaza
After completing the above 5 quests, you are eligible to join the final SIX KNIGHTS quests. By finding another 5 adventurers who have completed all the 5 quests and still looking for the SIX KNIGHTS team, you will all get a memorial check-in symbol on the Adventure Log and everyone of you will get the final SIX KINIGHT prize.

There are also bonus events during the 2 weekends including:

1. ROM Quick Quiz
2. One Day Manager with a famous cosplayer
3. Unipin Special Giveaway.

Are there any special events during the weekends?
Yes. Since the event lasts 2 weeks in 2 countries, we have prepared special events during weekends for you to enjoy. The special events include:

ROM Xmas Quiz – by answering 3 questions from our Christmas tree at the venue and get 2 of them right, you will receive weekend only merchs.
Unipin collab event – Unipin will set up their own booth at our event venue during 1 weekend in the Philippines and Thailand respectively, with raffles of cashback, discount and mysterious physical goodies!
One Day Manager: 1 mysterious cosplayer/celebrity is invited for Thailand (Dec 16th) and the Philippines (Dec 24th) respectively to become the One Day Manager, where they will serve food/drinks, promote charity sales and engage with all of you. If you are a fan, you can’t miss this one and only chance to enjoy their service in such a close distance! Who are they gonna be? We will announce soon and please take a guess!
Active Guild Owners, RMCL Creators, Mod Team: this is not a weekend special event but we still want to put it here. If you own a guild that has more than 50 members, you will be able to check in from a VIP pass with lots of gifts.
Can I enter the restaurant while cosplaying?
Yes, please do! You can wear a ROM costume and check in with your costume photo to increase the chance of winning rewards. We will also arrange a camera crew on Dec 16 (Bangkok) and Dec 24 (Manila) to record the happiness.

Where, when, and how can I get to ROM themed Cafes?
11th December- 24th December 2023

You can complete the Adventure Log anytime before Dec 24 to claim the rewards.

How to go WASD cafe?
For visitor coming via public transportation. Use MRT and go to the station Phasi Charoen. Coming out of the station, there is a walkway that leads into the mall Seacon Bangkae. Take escalator to 3rd floor. Walk straight to the IT zone and you will see the WASD cafe.

Can I join the event if I’m not in either of the cities?
Yes, please do. Please take note of the event time which is Dec 11 to Dec 24 and make appropriate travel plans. But please be noted that codes from this event is SEA account exclusive, but you can still take away the merchs from the event and share a memorable moment with the local community.

Can I join the event F2P?
Yes! By showing up at the event, you have already done us a great favor so feel free to try out our quests and claims the rewards in the venue. Even though we understand we all want to help the kids in need in Gaza, spendings in the shop and buying merchs in the Charity Sales is not forced and still, you will have a good time there.

Is there any trick to get the freebies from this event?
Yes, here are the tricks we recommend for you here.

- Six Knight codes are more valuable and limited, so we suggest you can either invite 5 friends that play ROM to go with you, or you need to wait at the venue till you get a team of 5 and by then, you might miss the codes.
- If you are not in the city/country but your are from SEA, in a guild with 50+ members, check with the guild owner quickly if they are joining the event. If they attend the event, they will hold 20 codes for their guild.
- Codes, merchs, Adventure Log (Physical) and collab food have a daily limit for giveaway/charity sales, and the quota for weekends is higher than for weekdays. If you are in the city and the venue is convenient for you, we’d suggest you visit during weekends as during weekend there might be adventurers from other cities/countries.
- Please claim 1 Adventure Log (Physical) only during the event and give other adventurers chances to get something.
- All codes from this event are not for reselling purpose, if you find anyone doing so, don’t buy them. Please share with others if your account cannot use any of the codes.

DISCLAIMER
1. Codes are available only for accounts registered in the SEA Server. If you can’t use it, share it!
2. Each player can only claim 1 Adventurer Log from each country’s event during the collaboration. Please do not abuse account and claim more than 1 Adventure Log from each event.
3. All the codes given in the event is single use but different tiers of codes can be redeemd by an account at the same time. By completing the quests, you can get 5 codes in total and can be used on a account 5 times. By joining ROM Quick Quiz during weeknds and completing the SIX KNIGHT assemble, you can get another 2 codes that can be used for another 2 times. Other events have their own unique codes.
