The Phantasy Star Online 2 team would like to express our thanks for the steadfast support of the whole ARKS Fleet. In the past two years, together, we formed a PSO2 community built on friendships that can withstand the test of time. That is why it saddens us greatly our contract in servicing SEA countries for Phantasy Star Online 2 will not be continued. As our friends and partners, we would like you to have only the finest experience with us.

Keeping your best interest in mind, the Phantasy Star Online 2 team and SEGA would like to announce that Phantasy Star Online 2 will end its service on 26 May 2017 11:00 PM (GMT+8). Below is the schedule of activities leading to the service closure:

Date: 21/4/2017
Time: 10.00 AM (GMT+8)
Details: All Refill Service Closes
Arks can no longer load up their accounts. All remaining account load can still be used in the in-game Item Mall.

Date: 26/5/2017
Time: 11.00 PM (GMT+8)
Details: PSO2 Game Service Ends
The game servers will be closed. Arks cannot open the game launcher.
Web Ticket, Call Center, and Live Chat Service Closes
Arks will no longer be able to send web tickets for any concerns regarding PSO2. The Call Center and Live Chat service for PSO2 will also be closed.
BBS will open only General discussion
The different sections of the BBS will be closed except for the General Discussion. Arks can still access and use this section.

To commemorate all the milestones we achieved together, the PSO2 team lined up these events for all to enjoy:

· Free Premium 60 days for all accounts
· Free AC / Gold Scratch distribute every week until end of service
