-- The Jollibee GameJoy x Mobile Legends: Bang Bang pack is randomly distributed and is not sold separately.

- Each GameJoy x Mobile Legends: Bang Bang pack contains two (2) items: a collectible hero card and an instructions card with a unique PIN that grants the customer mystery in-game rewards redeemable in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang app.

- Each GameJoy x Mobile Legends: Bang Bang pack grants the consumer one of the following guaranteed mystery rewards:
-- 1x Unlocked Skins Account
-- 1x Skin
-- 1x Emote
-- 1x Avatar Border
-- 2x Rare Skin Fragments

- For dine-in and take-out transactions: Consumer will pick the sealed GameJoy x Mobile Legends: Bang Bang pack from a secured designated container. Consumer is not allowed to rummage through the secured designated container and must pick at random. Consumer can only open the pack after they redeem their chosen sealed GameJoy x Mobile Legends: Bang Bang pack.

- For drive-thru and delivery transactions: Consumer will receive their sealed GameJoy x Mobile Legends: Bang Bang pack along with their order.

- Once opened, the pack cannot be exchanged or returned unless proven to have a misprint. In no event can the GameJoy Combo or the GameJoy x Mobile Legends: Bang Bang pack be refunded, converted to cash, or converted to gift certificates.
-- To be eligible for exchange or return, consumer must present the defective collectible card OR instructions card with their Sales Invoice in the store where they purchased their GameJoy Combo. The original collectible card and instructions card with its foil pack must be returned, and consumer shall pick another random pack from the designated secured container.
-- If the GameJoy Combo was ordered via delivery, exchanges or returns will not be accommodated. Refunds for a missing GameJoy x Mobile Legends: Bang Bang pack in the consumer’s order will apply based on the Jollibee Delivery, GrabFood, and Food Panda’s app protocols.

- GameJoy Combo promo runs from May 20 – August 19, 2026.

- Your Jollibee GameJoy x Mobile Legends: Bang Bang rewards can be redeemed until October 18, 2026.

- Promo is valid for Delivery (Jollibee #87000 Hotline, JollibeeDelivery.com, Jollibee App, GrabFood, FoodPanda), Drive-Thru, Take Out and Dine In transactions nationwide.
-- For delivery transactions, customers may avail of this promo by placing their orders through our hotline #87000, JollibeeDelivery.com, Jollibee App, GrabFood, or FoodPanda.

- Coke products are available in Luzon & Visayas stores and Pepsi products are available in Mindanao stores.

- Customers can avail of multiple orders in one transaction. Multiple transactions are also allowed per customer.

- Promo can be used in conjunction with other promos.

- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Person with Disability, whichever is higher.

- Promo will have price tiering for different stores. The price to be followed will be the one displayed in the poster (or counter topperboard if poster is not applicable) found inside each participating store.
