Sony Flagship Playstation Store Megamall Experience

Yesterday, September 11, 2014, Sony unveiled their latest store with a really different twist. It is a flagship type of store in which Sony promotes all of their products with demo units across the shop. One of the main attraction of that store is you can play PS4, PSP Vita, listen to their headphones, music player and experience their 4K resolution display. Sony st stated that their store will definitely bring in a comprehensive PlayStation experience including the latest games and accessories.

The event was highlighted with the preview of the un-launched games like NBA 2K15, Freedom Wars (PS Vita game) and Drive Club. Having set that NBA 2K15 is set to be released on the October 10, 2014, Freedom Wars (English Version) on October 28, and 2014, Drive Club on October 7, 2014.

What's Inside the store?

1. Playstation consoles and games

Sony highlighted the even wit the preview of the said above games and all of them seems to be really good, especially that NBA 2K15! Ateneo King Eagle and UAAP MVP Kiefer Ravena joined (and even played with us) during the event.

2. 4K Displays

Sony was originally popular with their television sets, fast-forward 2014 all of their displays have been super revamped with the Bravia Line and Engine. The images is really stunning, the color quality and detail is breathtaking and the resolution is amazing!

3. 4K Video Recorder / Cameras

What's the point of 4K Televisions without the recorders? In case you are looking for one, Sony definitely have them. (Just expect to shell out tons of money as any 4K professional cameras are really expensive)

4. MDR Cans and ZX1

Okay my personal favorite part, I was actually in awe when I tried Sony's hi-fi DAP ZX1! I tried it with Havi B3 Pro I and a modded LG Quadbeat 2 and sounded heavenly! (I actually spent at least 30 mins on the ZX1 alone) The entire MDR line is really good as usual and priced just right for the performance.

5. Smartphones and Smartwatch

The favorite part of most tech people, I actually find the Sony smartwatch really useful as it provides the users with many features found on smartphone. Then there was Sony Z2 and the rest of the Xperia Line. Enough said!

Oh by the way, if you're a kid or a kid at heart the Sony Flagship Store is a must visit. This is the place where-in you can demo most of their products and play PlayStation games. Great job Sony and congratulations to your new store. :)
