ePLDT's acquisition of Level Up! Inc.
In February 2006, Philippine technology company ePLDT, Inc. announced that it had acquired a majority stake in the live service gaming publisher Level Up! Inc. from its parent company, Level Up! International Holdings Pte. Ltd. This acquisition led to the merger of the operations of the gaming portals netGames (owned by ePLDT) and Level Up! , with the former's branding being dropped in favor of retaining the latter.
Ragnarok M: Eternal Love X WouldULike Specialty Coffee themed café collaboration
In December 2023, Gravity Interactive, Inc., the publisher of the mobile MMORPG Ragnarok M: Eternal Love in the SEA region, organized themed café collaborations with two cafés in the Philippines and Thailand. The themed café events, which also doubled as charity events, were run from December 11 until 24, 2023. In the Philippines, the event was run in the WouldULike Specialty Coffee branch in the Riverbanks Mall in Marikina City, Metro Manila.
MyGame.PH, Inc.
MyGame.PH, Inc. , originally known as Microgaming Technology Corp. and later MyGame1, Inc. , was a live service game publisher in the Philippines and was the operator of the MyGame portal. It was a subsidiary of the South Korean company Liveplex Co. Ltd. It was closed down in 2009 and was replaced with Gamesoft Technology Inc.

The main event was held from Tuesday to Sunday, June 7 to 12, 2016, in the Mall of Asia in the City of Pasay, Philippines. In the August 2006 issue of GamesMaster Philippines , the magazine published a heavily biased and controversial review of TerraWars: New York Invasion . The reviewer gave the game a high 85% review, even though gamers and other professional reviewers widely panned it. The situation escalated in the following September issue, when the magazine's editor-in-chief attempted to publicly shame a reader and doxxed him by publishing his e-mail address in a brigading attempt.
