Z9 Star
Z9 Star is a 2D sidescrolling MMORPG developed by South Korean company Cosmos Entertainment for Microsoft Windows. It was originally planned to be launched in the Philippines by Cosmo Entertainment's SEA publishing division sometime in 2018; however, the game was silently canceled.
The game is similar to MapleStory. It is known as Z9별 in its original South Korean release.
About
In October 2017, Cosmos Entertainment's English Facebook page was created. The official Z9 Star Philippines Facebook page was created in November 2017. Cosmos Entertainment began partnering with various influencers, streamers, and content creators to promote the upcoming launch of the game.
On November 18, 2017, the publisher invited 130 VIP gamers, streamers, and vloggers to test the alpha version of the game at the High Grounds Café in Quezon City, Metro Manila.[1]
From December 2017 until May 2018, the game ran various forms of scheduled closed betas. The game was silently canceled, with the last Facebook post of Z9 Star Philippines page being posted on May 31, 2018.[note 1]

- The game's Facebook page had little to no social interaction in its later months. It's possible that the launch plans were discontinued due to the game's lack of popularity.
