The Tokyo Game Show (TGS) is an annual Japanese video game trade exhibit and convention organized by Computer Entertainment Supplier’s Association (CESA) and co-organized by Nikkei Business Publications, Inc. It is held annually for four days in September in Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan, on days ranging from Thursday to Sunday. The first two dates are business days, while the weekend dates are public days.

It is one of the world's most prestigious and most attended video game conventions. A number of video game developers and companies from the Philippines have exhibited at the event.

The following is an incomplete list of TGS events in which Philippine representatives have participated. There were several years in which no Philippine representatives attended. All the representatives listed had booth exhibits unless stated otherwise. This does not list influencers and media that attended the event on their own.

The 2020 and 2021 editions were online-only due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
