Taipei Game Show 2025
The Taipei Game Show 2025 was a video game trade show organized by the Taipei Computer Association. It was held from Thursday to Sunday, January 23 to 26, 2026, at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1 in Taipei, Taiwan. Two companies and a solo indie game developer from the Philippines participated in the event.
It was preceded by the 2024 edition and followed by the 2026 edition.
About
Taipei Game Show 2025 was notable for the participation of Andres Tuason, a 12-years old solo Filipino game developer who developed the action platformer "Corpse" under his studio name, Canabalistictree. Tuason's participation received commitment of support from the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) in Taipei, Taiwan.[1] Andres Tuason is the son of Nico Tuason (Games by Nico, Lithium City).
Tuason managed to enter after his parents registered his game and got it approved under the event's Indie Game Exhibitor Registration.[2]

It is the Philippine GameDev Expo's second attendance at the Taipei Game Show since 2024.

Indie House B2C Zone
Two Philippine studios - one of which was a solo indie developer, participated in the "Indie House" B2C Zone. Kooapps Philippines occupied a large booth, while Canabalistictree occupied a small booth with a single table.
