ROSE Online

ROSE Online, which stands for "Rush on Seven Episodes", is a free-to-play fantasy MMORPG developed by South Korean developer Triggersoft for Microsoft Windows. It was published in the Philippines by Level Up! from 2005 until 2007. It is Level Up!'s second MMORPG after Ragnarok Online.

Iya Villania was one of the game's ambassadors in the Philippines.

About

On March 21, 2005, Level Up! announced its acquisition of ROSE Online. The game's forums was launched on May 18, 2005. The game began its open beta phase on June 30, 2005, making it Level Up!'s second MMORPG in the country. It was launched commercially on September 1, 2005[1] under a subscription-based model. The Philippine server was known as "pROSE".

On November 3, 2005, Level Up! launched the official site for the game's ambassador, Iya Villania.

ROSE Online Evolution, the first major update for the game, went online on August 18, 2006.[2]

On April 18, 2007, the game went free-to-play as an experimental setup in order to determine the viability of such business model.[3] This came more than a year after E-Games launched commercially on March 2006 and had success with the free-to-play model.

pROSE was shut down on August 6, 2007 after its developer, Triggersoft, ceased development and technical support for the game.[4]

Music

The game's ambassador, Iya Villania, performed the song "Good To Be Me", which was the official song for the game's Philippine server.. The song was included in the 2007 music album Level Up! The Album.
