Ragnarok Battle Offline is a 2D side-scrolling beat 'em up developed by Japanese game developer French-Bread for Microsoft Windows. It is based on the South Korean MMORPG Ragnarok Online. An English version, entitled Philippine Ragnarok Battle, was distributed in the Philippines by Ragnarok Online's local publisher Level Up! on August 2006.

The local version, which was sold in a CD-ROM format, cost ₱200.00 and included a Level Up! prepaid card worth ₱50.00. This version was based on the initial release of the game, and did not include its three follow-up expansions.
