Priston Tale Philippines, known as PTP, was the first official service of Priston Tale in the Philippines. It was published in the Philippines by NetPlay from 2004 until 2009, after which accounts were migrated to the global service, English Priston Tale, under the North American publisher Suba Games.

Priston Tale Philippines went into closed beta on December 6, 2004, and went into open beta on January 19, 2005. It was released commercially on August 1, 2005. The game was initially a subscription-based game before transitioning into a free-to-play business model.

In 2008, Netplay announced that the service would be migrated to the English Priston Tale (EPT) North American service under Suba Games. The migration was completed on January 2009. Filipino players, however, were forced to adjust to the more expensive item mall prices, as the previous prices under NetPlay were adjusted for the Philippine's cost of living.

Filipina actress Angel Locsin was the game's ambassador in the Philippines.
