On March 10, 2026, "Mario Day", the McDonald's Philippines Facebook account posted a teaser for the upcoming Happy Meal promotion for TSMGM.[1]
The McDonald's Philippines promotion started on April 3, 2026, a day before the movie premiered in the country.
Depending on the McDonald's branch, the Happy Meal may come in with a themed TSMGM box and a TSMGM cardboard visor.

Happy Meal
The first price column includes Small Fries and a Regular Drink. The second price column only includes a Regular Drink. To order without the Small Fries at a McDonald's branch, customers must order directly through the cashier, as there is no option to opt out of Small Fries on the kiosks.
