Malikhaing Pinoy Expo 2025

The Malikhaing Pinoy Expo 2025, or simply MPX 2025, was a five-day Philippine exposition event that showcased Filipino talent across different creative industries in the country. The event was organized by the Department of Trade and Industry Philippines, and the Philippine Creative Industries Development Council. It was held from September 3 to 7, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center in SM Aura in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila.
Domains
The expo was divided into nine main domains:
- Audio-Visual Media
- Digital Interactive Media
- Design
- Visual Arts
- Performing Arts
- Creative Services
- Traditional Cultural Expressions
- Cultural Sites
- Publishing and Printed Media
Digital Interactive Media domain refers to "digital software, programs, and mobile applications, games created for and operated on interactive digital services where users' input is essential to the experience, including software, mobile apps, video games, computer games, mobile games, virtual augmented and mixed-reality games, and digitalized creative content."[note 1]
Aside from video games, the Digital Interactive Media area was also attended by JuanFlix, a Filipino streaming platform.
Digital Interactive Media presentation
Each of the domains held a presentation on the main stage. For Digital Interactive Media, amateur teams (see next section below) participated in a Game Pitching and Networking session, where they pitched their games to the three industry veteran judges:
- Apol Dionglay (PlayPark Philippines Country Manager)
- Lord Christian Gosingtian (ThinkBIT Solutions President)
- James Ronald Lo (Game Developers Association of the Philippines President and Taktyl Studios CEO)
The game Dungeon King by Midnight Equinox won the "Best Game Pitch" award.
Video game showcase
Digital Interactive Media
The video game industry was represented under Digital Interactive Media. Student and professional video games were showcased in partnership with the Game Developers Association of the Philippines.

Creative Services
Gridlock-Games Studio participated under Creative Services and showcased Vi 3v3 Arena, in partnership with Cybercraft Philippines. Its other partners include Canva and the British Council Philippines.
