CABAL Infinite Combo's Night of Knights Philippines
Night of Knights Philippines was an on-ground event party organized by Combo Interactive PH to celebrate the planned release of CABAL Infinite Combo SEA. It was held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at House Manila at Newport World Resorts, Pasay City, Metro Manila. The event saw the announcement of Combo InterActive's plans for Infinite Combo SEA and the schedule of the game's closed beta.
Night of Knights is also notable for an exclusive in-game title auction for the game, where the title was auctioned for ₱4.4 million.
A similar event, also called Night of Knights, was held in Thailand on April 28, 2024. It saw the announcement of CABAL Infinite Combo's Thai service, which preceded the SEA service. The event saw two in-game titles auctioned for a combined ฿10 million.[1]
Bidding for the "The Throne Protector" event title
The event is best known for the bidding war for the "The Throne Protector", an exclusive in-game event title for CABAL Infinite Combo SEA. The bidding started at ₱50,000 with increments of ₱50,000. The winning bid for the title was ₱4.4 million (US$77,971.47).[2][note 1]
The Throne Protector title provides passive stats, which are:
- HP +1500
- MP +200
- PVE All Attack +50
- PVE Defense +50
- All stats +20
- All Attack Up +30
- Defense +30
- Skill Amp All Up +10%
- Increase Criticate Rate +10%
- Increase Critical Damage +25%
- Max Critical Rate +15%
- Penetration +25
- Resist Skill Amp +15%
- Resist Critical Rate +10%
- Resist Critical Damage +20%
- Ignore Resist Skill Amp +8%
- Ignore Resist Critical Damage +20%
- Ignore Penetration +20
- Accuracy +40
- Evasion +40
The Night of Knights event in Thailand held auctions for two titles: "The Throne Protector" and "The Throne Challenger". Both titles were auctioned for ฿4 million and ฿6 million, respectively.
Another title auction, which reached ₱2 million, was held in the Philippines during the Night of the Glory party for CABAL Ultimate Combo.
